A major search operation of the Co Derry coast has been called off.
The Coastguard and RNLI was stood down after a report of a missing person was declared a "false alarm".
Two RNLI lifeboats and a Coastguard helicopter were launched to search the sea around Castlerock and Downhill at around 6.45pm last night.
The search began following a call from a member of the public who became concerned after finding clothes on the beach.
RNLI beach lifeguards also searched the area on jet skis.
