Drug paraphernalia has been discovered in an area of Ballymagroarty where children play.
According to the recently-formed Ballymagroarty Community Empowerment, residents “had a walk about” last night after reports of anti-social behaviour had taken place.
Among the items found were six bongs an empty Diazepan strip.
A post on the group’s Facebook page says they were all discovered in areas where children play and at burnt out area behind the community centre.
“A group of young girls were playing only yards from that area.,” the group says.
