The Derry man killed in a car crash near Claudy on Tuesday will be buried today.
Wilson Sherrard died in a two-vehicle crash on the main Derry to Belfast road.
The 60-year-old, who lived in the Fountain, was a passenger in a Mazda car which was in collision with a van on the Foreglen Road near Claudy at around 4pm on Tuesday.
Two other men were taken to hospital for injuries which were not life-threatening.
Following his death, tributes were paid to Mr Sherrard who was a renowned maker of sashes for the Orange Order.
In 2013, as part of the City of Culture celebrations in Derry, Mr Sherrard took part in an art exhibition at the Playhouse in Derry on the history of Orange Order sashes.
The exhibition also looked at how the sashes were made.
As part of the 2013 celebrations, Mr Sherrard was also commissioned by the City of Londonderry Grand Orange Lodge to create a new banner and regalia celebrating the Orange Order in the city.
Among those who paid tribute to the deceased man was Foyle DUP MLA Gary Middleton.
He said: “Wilson Sherrard was a gentleman who was well known and respected within the community. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
“My deepest sympathy and prayers go to the Sherrard family at this sad time.”
Mr Sherrard is survived by his wife Ann, sons Christopher and Ryan, three grandchildren, sister Rosslyn and brother William.
He will be buried this afternoon following a service in his home.
Police have appealed for any witnesses to Tuesday’s accident to contact the Waterside PSNI station.
