A 44-yer-old man has appeared at Derry Magistrates Court charged with exposing himself in public.
The alleged offence is said to have taken place on May 7 this year.
Defence solicitor, Paddy McDermott, told the court Manjid Singh, from Kular Court, did not speak English and asked that a Punjabi interpreter be present in court for his next appearance.
Mr McDermott had earlier told the court a number of proposals were being made to the Public Prosecution Service for consideration.
The matter was adjourned until Monday next, 15 August.
