A Derry road which was closed for over two days after a bonfire was built it has fully reopened.
Glassagh Road in the Piggery Ridge area at the rear of Creggan housing estate had been closed since young people began building a bonfire on it on Monday morning ahead of it being set on fire that night.
It continued to burn throughout yesterday and remained closed until this afternoon when Transport NI workers moved in to remove the debris and carry out temporary repair to the road surface (pictured).
