Police in Derry are warning businesses in the city to be on the lookout for forged bank notes.
It follows four separate reports yesterday of a man attempting to purchase small items in pharmacies in the city using fake Bank of Scotland £20 notes.
A police spokesperson said: “All businesses should remain on the lookout for anyone trying to pass fake bank notes.”
