Two men are set to appear before a court next month charged with committing fraud at a community centre in Derry.
The pair have been charged with fraud, false accounting and aiding and abetting fraud by false representation at the Ballymagroarty Community Centre.
They will both appear at Derry Magistrates Court on the same day next month.
A spokesperson for the Public Prosecution Service (PPS) said. “The PPS can confirm the prosecution of two men in relation to accusations of fraud at Ballymagroarty Community Centre.”
One of the men, aged 37, will appear before Derry Magistrates Court on May 25 face charges of fraud by false representation and false accounting.
The second, aged 52, will appear at the same court on the same day, to face a single charge of aiding and abetting fraud by false representation.
