Virgin Media have vowed to keep disruption during upgrade work in the Grangemoe/Ardgrange area of Derry to a minimum, Sinn Fein Cllr Kelly has said.
Cllr Kelly was speaking after concerns were raised by residents over possible disruption.
Cllr Kelly said: “Virgin Media are carrying out upgrade work in the Grangemore /Ardrange area
“There were some concerns raised by residents when a letter delivered this week discussed possible disruption and restricted access to homes.
“Residents had attempted to call the number but were unable to get speaking to anyone who could help.
“We have spoken to representatives from Virgin and they have given us assurances that disruption will be kept to a minimum and that they will be happy to assist anyone whose access is blocked to gain access.”
