A house has been destroyed in an overnight fire in Derry.
The blaze happened in a bungalow at Hawthorne Drive in the Springtown area of the city around 11pm last night.
At one stage, there were three fire crews dealing with the blaze.
It is understood that the resident of the house was not in the property at the time.
An investigation has now been launched to find out what caused the fire.
