Police are appealing for information following the report of theft of 18 sheep in the Dunlade Road area of Greysteel.
It is believed that the sheep (one Suffolk ram, one ram lamb and 16 ewes) were stolen between Sunday, October 2 and Thursday, October 6.
Constable Shauna Maguire said: “I would ask anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in this area to contact Limavady Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 998 of 17/10/16. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
