Sinn Féin Councillor Sandra Duffy has welcomed the launch of a new app to help victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
She was commenting after the app was launched by the Belfast area Domestic & Sexual Violence and Abuse Partnership.
“I would encourage anyone who is experiencing an abusive relationship to download this app,” Sandra Duffy said.
“It is free to download and provides vital information on domestic violence and sexual violence within an intimate partner relationship, information on how to recognise the warning signs of an abusive relationship and where to go for support.”
‘Haven: Belfast’ can be downloaded at the App store or on Google Play from today.
