Derry's renowned Colmcille Ladies Choir is set to fill a historic city church with the sound of Christmas music on Friday (December 15).
A programme of seasonal favourites and carols will be performed by the choir at the First Derry Presbyterian Church, Magazine Street Upper. Guests will include the Reverend David Latimer, who will give a reading as well as a reflection for Christmas, and soloist Donald Hill, a founder member of the Londonderry Musical Society.
The festive concert, which starts at 8pm, will also feature the choir from Strathfoyle's St Oliver Plunkett primary school. Admission is £5 and complimentary refreshments, including mince pies, will be served afterwards.
