A man who is accused of ejaculating in the presence of female medical staff has appeared before Magherafelt Magistrate’s Court.
Jeffrey Kennedy, of Moorfields Road, Ballymena, appeared before a preliminary enquiry this morning.
The 44 year-old is charged with committing an act of a lewd, obscene and disgusting nature and outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner and ejaculating in the presence of female medical staff.
The offence is alleged to have been committed on June 9, 2014.
Kennedy declined to call any witnesses or give any evidence during the short hearing.
District Judge Alan White released the accused on his own bail of £300 to return for trial at Derry Crown Court on May 31.
