The NI Secretary of State Karen Bradley visited Derry earlier today where she met with senior PSNI officers at the Strand Road police station.
PSNI Area Commander Gordon McCalmont said that the meeting was aimed at discussing the 'challenges' officers currently face.
"We were delighted to welcome Secretary of State Karen Bradley MP to Strand Road today where she had the opportunity to meet with officers and find out more about the work we are doing here to keep communities safe," he said.
