The inquest into Derry man Andrew Allen, who was shot dead by dissident republicans six years ago, is up for mention at Donegal Coroner's Court this week.
The inquest was previously adjourned from last September until this Wednesday, March 14, when the Coroner sits at Buncrana Court House.
Mr Allen was killed by gunmen from the group Republican Action Against Drugs (RAAD) in the home he was renting in Buncrana in February 2012.
When the inquest was adjourned previously, the Gardai told the court that there had been a recent arrest in the case and that the investigation was ongoing.
