A burnt-out car, thought to have been stolen, has been found on the outskirts of Derry this morning.
The vehicle, a small Peugeot, was found on the Groarty Road.
Councillor Colly Kelly commented: "Yet again we wake up to a burnt out car on the back roads on Creggan!
"If anyone is travelling on the Groarty Road be careful, this has been reported to Council who will get this lifted!
"The message needs to be clear to whoever is responsible for this needs to catch themselves on and get off the back of the community!"
