There was anger in the city last night after the latest incident of so-called 'death-driving' where a car was torched on a busy road close to a local school.
The incident happened on the Glengalliagh Road last night close to St Brigid's school, and marks the latest in a recent spate of car crime in the Greater Shantallow area.
During the incident, a number of community activists attempted to intervene.
One resident of the area hit out at those behind the incident, adding that they were 'terrorising' the local community.
