A billboard erected in support of the Derry republican prisoner Tony Taylor has been vandalised during an incident in the city last night.
The billboard was erected on the Northland Road calling for the release of the Derry man who has spent over two years in prison since his licence was revoked in 2016.
The independent Derry councillor Gary Donnelly condemned the incident.
"I would call on those behind it to stop immediately and it's only bringing more heartache on Tony's family who are suffering enough," he said.
