The Mayor of Derry and Strabane is to host a special event for the Derry Snow Patrol star Johnny McDaid in the city tomorrow night.
Cllr Maolíosa McHugh will host a mayoral reception for the Derry singer at the Whittaker Suite in the Guildhall.
It is not known whether McDaid will be accompanied at the event by his fiancee, the Friends star Courtney Cox.
