The Met Office has issued a yellow warning for Derry ahead of heavy rain and thunderstorms expected to hit Derry tomorrow.
The warning has been issued for between 9am tomorrow morning, Friday, right through to 10pm tomorrow night.
A yellow weather warning is defined as heavy rain resulting in homes and businesses could be flooded, causing damage to some buildings.
The heaviest downpours have been forecast to fall between 2pm and 4pm, with thunder also expected.
While temperatures are expected to remain high, the Met Office has said that thunderstorms are likely to affect the northwest.
A yellow weather warning has also been issued for Saturday, between 11am in the morning and 9pm at night.
Heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop late morning, lasting through the afternoon before easing late evening.
