A young girl has been rewarded for her impressive football skills at a tournament in Derry.
Grace Tudor played so well in the Sheehan Cup, which is played between primary schools in the city, that she was chosen as Player of the Tournament.
It is the first time that a girl has won the award.
Grace, who is a pupil at Model Primary School, is pictured above receiving her trophy.
The overall winners of the competition at Long Tower Youth Club was Long Tower Primary School.
See tomorrow’s Derry News for a full report and pictures from the tournament.
