Police in Derry have appealed to the public in helping them find a black Renault Megane car.
The vehicle, with plastic sheets on its roof, was spotted being driven dangerously on the Springtown Road in the city at 3.30pm yesterday.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “We would be keen to track down the car and the driver.
“If anyone has any information please ring 101 and quote reference number 857 and today's date 23/07/16.”
