Three teenage boys have been arrested by detectives investigating a number of burglaries in the Woodbrook area of Derry at the weekend and a number of other incidents which occurred in the city over the past two months, including several car thefts and a creeper style burglary.
The three 15 year olds arrested yesterday and questioned by detectives.
They were later released on bail whilst police carry out further enquiries.
In the latest incidents, entry was gained to two houses and an attempt was made to enter a third in the Woodbrook area sometime between the hours of 1.45am and 7.00am on Sunday last.
Laptops computers, handbags, house keys and other valuables were among the items stolen.
