Tina Hegarty, of Marianus Park in the Hazelbank area of the city,, appeared before Derry Magistrates Court charged with two counts of common assault which took place on January 16 this year.
Eugene Burns, defence solicitor, told the court Hegarty had admitted both offences and asked that a pre-sentence report be ordered.
Mr Burns said it had been “an unseemly incident” in a ”public house’” and that CCTV footage was “not good viewing.”
The matter will be back before the court again on September 16 next..
