A Derry man charged with assaulting two police officers has been granted bail.
Michael McMahon, 25, from Fern Park in Derry, is charged with three counts of assault and disorderly behaviour for incidents that took place on August 10.
He appeared at Derry Magistrates Court today via video link for a bail application.
District Judge Peter King granted the defendant bail to his father's address.
His bail conditions include consuming no alcohol, no non-prescribed drugs, must submit to a preliminary breath test and field impairment test.
McMahon was released on his own bail of £500 to appear before court again on September 30.
