Have you ever wondered how our contemporary published poets find their inspiration, set about and hone their artistic practice and then go about sharing their creativity with others?
Poetry lovers are welcome to find out more by joining the Literary Ladies to celebrate Ireland Poetry Day at Derry’s Central Library on the evening of Thursday 26 April. Published and acclaimed poets Julieann Campbell and Lynne Edgar will read selections from their debut anthologies, ‘Milk Teeth’ and ‘Trapeze.’ They’ll also be sharing some of their most recent work and discussing their creative practice, with a short question and answer session.
The poetry hour is from 7-8pm and complementary refreshments will be provided.
