April 27, 2018 Peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital (surrounded by his loving family in his 86th year) much loved and devoted husband of Mary, loving father of Miriam, Eleanor and Heather, dearest father-in-law of William, Wesley and Robert, adored papa of Annie, Victoria, Sophie, Charlotte, Jessica and Emily. Funeral leaving his late home 13, Rossdowney Park, Waterside, Londonderry on Monday 30th April at 12.00noon followed by a Service of Thanksgiving for his life in Upper Cumber Presbyterian Church, Cregg Road, Claudy at 1.00pm burial afterwards in Upper Cumber Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Parkinson c/o Mrs. Ruth Hay, Funeral Director, 24A, Church Road, Londonderry BT47 3QQ (Orangeman’s Funeral Regalia to be worn, along side the Royal Black and the Apprentice Boy’s).Very deeply regretted and will be lovingly remembered by his entire family circle. He died as he lived everyone’s friend.
