The PSNI have seized a car after it was crashed into a police vehicle during an incident in Derry yesterday afternoon.
The incident happened after a police patrol observed two vehicles on the waste ground at the rear of Whitehouse Retail Park.
One of the vehicles then sped off in the direction of the Upper Galliagh Road, while the other vehicle was driven towards the police jeep, colliding with it.
The man exited the vehicle and fled the scene on foot.
However, police located the vehicle in Glenabbey Drive and seized it (pictured above), adding that they now hope to apprehend its owner.
