Plans have been lodged for a new retail shop unit with ATM machines and an external fuel pump in the Skeoge area of Derry.
The plans have been lodged by Lynch Foodstores Ltd and the new development will be located at an area of land situated close to Glenabbey Road at the Skoege Link.
It will mark the latest development in the area, with a number of new, large-scale housing developments also recently approved.
The new unit is currently being considered by Derry City and Strabane District Council.
