A preliminary enquiry date has been set for a 54-year-old Derry man charged with running a brothel in the city.
Paul McGrory, of Ardfada in the Ardmore area of Derry, is charged with managing a brothel and converting criminal property, namely £16,000 in cash, between February 8 – November 16, 2016.
A Public Prosecution Service (PPS) representative said papers in the case were ready and asked for a preliminary enquiry on June 27. There will be a review beforehand on June 13.
