Police are appealing for information following the theft of plant equipment in the Sheriffs Road area of Derry.
An orange Hitachi Zakas 130 tracked excavator (similar to the one pictured above) along with rock breaker and riddling bucket attachments were stolen.
Constable Gareth Montgomery said: “The theft is believed to have taken place between 6pm on Friday 10th June and 9.30am the following morning.
“I would appeal to anyone who may have noticed anything suspicious in the area between those times, or anyone who may have information that could assist the investigation, to contact police on 101 quoting reference 712 of 11th June.
“Alternatively, information can be given anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
