Derry duo James McClean and Shane Duffy are included in Ireland’s starting line-up for their must-win European Championship clash with Italy in Lille tonight (kick-off 8.00pm).
Manager Martin O’Neill has made four changes to the side that started in the 3-0 defeat against Belgium.
Duffy is set to win just his third cap by partnering Richard Keogh in the centre of the defence, with John O’Shea and Ciaran Clark making way.
McClean, who came on as a substitute in the two previous group games, wins his 40th cap.
The Ireland team is: Randolph, Ward, Keogh, Duffy, Coleman, Brady, McCarthy, McClean, Hendrick, Murphy and Long.
Meanwhile, Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness wished fellow Derry man James McClean when he met the former Derry City favourite this afternoon (pictured).
