Police have warned they will deal robustly with motorists involved in what they have described “anti-social driving” on Derry’s beaches.
It follows a number of reports of irresponsible driving on beaches at Benone and Downhill.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police would like to remind you all that our beaches are still public places and should any offences be reported they will be dealt with robustly.
“Staff at the beaches have been advised to contact police should they observe any such behaviour.”
