A county Derry man has appeared in court accused of voyeurism and sexual assault.
Alvin Neeson, of York Avenue in Portstewart, came before Limavady Magistrates Court this morning in relation to the two charges.
The 39 year-old is accused of observing a female doing a private act knowing that the other person did not consent to being observed for his sexual gratification.
He is also charged with intentionally touching a female in a sexual manner.
The alleged offences are said to have been committed between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2013.
Releasing Neeson on his own bail of £500, District Judge Liam McNally said he would make a note that the accused would be entering a plea of not guilty.
The case is due to come before the court again on September 7.
